Tempur-Pedic is one of the top brands in the mattress world. They have been around for decades and offer top quality bedding. Their ability to create a breathable, comfortable and supportive all foam mattress is unlike no other. The Tempur-Pedic Cloud mattress is by far one of their best sellers and for good reason.
If you enjoy the traditional feel of a memory foam mattress, then you are going to love the Tempur-Cloud mattress. The mattress is soft, comfortable and just plain cozy to lay on!
Whether you are a back or side sleeper – the Cloud offers excellent support and deep pressure relief, especially to the shoulders, hips and back. If you have lower back pain, this is one of the best mattresses on the market to help relieve that pain while sleeping as it contours to your lumbar region. If you are strictly a stomach sleeper, this may not be the mattress for you as it tends to be on the softer side. Stomach sleepers often need a firmer mattress to offer the proper support while sleeping on their stomach. In addition, if you are on the heavier side in regards to weight, the Cloud may prove to be too soft and could easily give you the feeling of ‘sinking’ in your mattress.
The Cloud is also a great mattress for couples sharing the same bed! The memory foam is brilliant at absorbing motion, so if your partner or you are tossing and turning during the night – the other person is not disturbed.

Construction & Quality
Firmness : The mattress ranks around a 6 on the firmness scale. While the mattress does offer proper support and you can feel the firmness, the mattress is dominated by the top layer of memory foam – which gives it a softer feel.
(A) Cover: Tempur-Pedic has their own patented covers for their mattresses. They are made from a special 360 degree stretch fabric that allows the material to move with the sleeper. The material is also moisture wicking, which means that it will help keep the temperature of the mattress low at night. The cover can be removed and washed, but make sure to air dry it after you wash it. Drying it will cause the cover to tighten and it could prove difficult to put back on the mattress.
(B) Comfort Layer: Just under the stretch cover you will find a layer of true Tempur material, it feels and acts just like memory foam. The foam has a very low response to pressure which means that it will contour to your entire body once you lay on it.
(C) Transition Layer: This layer is also made up of proprietary Tempur material, however, this layer is firmer than the one above it. This provides support for the top layer, while giving the mattress a mild firm and supportive feel.
(D) Base: The foundation of the mattress is made up of a thick layer of high density poly foam. This material has a quick response to pressure so it will help in stabilizing the shape and stability of the mattress and layers above.
The mattress measures 10” thick and while that may seem rather ‘low profile’ based on other brands out there, it’s not. It is actually a perfect thickness. The mattress not only looks good, it feels good.
If you are one who sleeps hot, the cloud prides itself on being one of the best mattresses on the market in regards to breathability. The open cell structure of the Tempur material allows air to flow freely throughout the entire mattress. This means that your body heat is not being trapped inside the materials – thus, your body temperature is regulated all night long!
