The Serta Artic Premier Hybrid Plush mattress is considered a medium in firmness, which means that it sits at around 5 on the 10-Point Mattress Comfort Scale. This mattress is considered to be a good ‘compromise’ mattress, especially if you share your bed with someone else since it isn’t exactly soft, but not too firm either, satisfying most types of sleepers. Reactex® System
The Reactex® System is exclusive to Serta, which is used on the top of the mattress to cover and support the other layers as well. Deep Reaction® Max Gel Memory Foam
The Deep Reaction Max Gel Memory Foam provides the body with conforming comfort, providing that deep-down support that most people require for a quality night of sleep. This type of memory foam is also only available for the Artic Premier Hybrid model mattresses.
CustomFit™ HD Memory Foam
This mattress uses the CustomFit™ HD Memory Foam, which is a high-density memory form that adapts to the body, providing major support throughout the night. This premium foam helps relieve any pressure from aches and pains as you sink into it as you sleep.
Serta® Micro Hybrid Coil™
Also only available in the Artic Premier Hybrid model mattresses, the Serta® Micro Hybrid Coil™ layer provides another layer of micro coils designed to work together with the memory foam to better conform to the body, offering an incomparable type of support. It even has a hybrid support innerspring system of more coils that are wrapped individually to bring support to the areas of the body that need it the most as you rest.
1025 Hybrid Support™ System with BestEdge® Foam Encasement
Within the innerspring system, the 1025 Hybrid Support™ System with BestEdge® Foam Encasement means that these individually wrapped coils work individually to bring about the best and most durable support as it conforms to every curve of the body. This layer also lessens motion resulting from movement coming from the other side of the mattress. Moreover, this layer is only available in the hybrid mattress models.

Warranty & Trial Period
Buying a Serta mattress is quite straightforward and easy. In fact, you can even do it online, and delivery is free! The company even offers its customers an impressive 120-day in-home trial, allowing their customers to return the mattress within those 120-days if they aren’t 100% satisfied with the product. Although they truly believe that you’re going to absolutely love it! They suggest that their customers sleep on the mattress for at least 30 days straight during the trial period in order to allow their body the time it needs to properly adjust to the mattress.
If you do not buy the mattress directly from the Serta website or Serta branch, make sure to ask the location where you purchased it about their return policy to better understand how they can help you with returns.
Serta offers warranty for their mattresses via the Serta Quality Assurance Program. They believe in the quality and durability of their products so much that they offer a 10-year limited warranty to their customers. You should receive a warranty brochure upon your purchase, with their products being certified from material defects and workmanship during the coverage period.
